Title

TOMMY HILFIGER’s artistic movements

The city of Amsterdam has always given to worldwide fashion labels inspiration, life style association, and even brought them to settle down their European Headquarters. Therefore, Tommy Hilfiger in 2001 seduced by the freedom Amsterdam supplies while also accompanied by the creativity spread in its tinny arteries. Nowadays, inserting itself in the local culture ghetto seems to improve when Tommy Hilfiger has just embarked a new fashion journey guided by art.

The “art exhibition” term was introduced yesterday in their showroom with a private opening while having commissioned two artists: Helen Verhoeven (The Nederlands, 1974) and Alon Levin (Israel, 1975). In a contemporary form, the room received two symbolic and decorative approaches: a main wood and cardboard lamp was there; and the most important wall was treated by different artistic visions bringing to the empty space ambiance combined with style. Present for the event the curatorial eyes of prestigious Fantastic Man magazine around gives us the idea of meticulous future decisions together with Tommy Hilfiger. The exhibition obviously not hard to understand: the space perfectly welcomes art or any intellectual activity since the early 1900 when it was a reading club. It was not the standard Wednesday eve, instead a promising one. Splendorous enough.
