Minimum order

There is no minimum order amount.

We do not discount on our beautiful products.

Shipments

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing

Netherlands Free shipment

Shipping costs will be added to your order when sold in:

Europa Parcel shipment €10

Rest of the world Parcel shipment €25

Shipments to Switzerland and Norway are outside the EU (exports) and apply the same terms for shipment and returns as the rest of the world.

What if I am not home when the order gets delivered, what happens with my order?

When you are not home when the order gets delivered, the courier will try to deliver the order the following day. In general, couriers will try to deliver the order twice. When the courier is not able to deliver the order for the second time, you’ll receive a note from them. With this note, you are able to pick up the order at the nearest post office or fix a new delivery appointment.

How can I trace my order?

After the order confirmation first e-mail, you will receive a second e-mail with the transport details, which contains the track and trace code. With this code you are able to trace your order.

The OFICINA GABARDINE 7 Calendar Days Return Policy

> The return must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date

> After 7 days of the delivery date, the shipment does not allow returns

> The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

> The item must be returned with the original tags and packaging at your own expense

> Your return should take a maximum of 10 days to reach us and be processed

Apparel

All original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear the fabric.

Footwear

When trying on footwear for the first time we ask that clean socks be worn. Please make sure to test the footwear on a carpeted surface, so as not to damage the soles. The dust bag and/or original shoebox must be returned alongside the footwear. Please be sure to place the shoebox inside a shipping box so as to prevent damages during transit.

OFICINA GABARDINE  reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address.

Need a different size?

If you prefer another size you can request to exchange any item within 7 calendar days of the delivery date by sending an email to e-store@oficinagabardine.com.

We will inform you by email if the product is available. Your order will need to arrive back within 14 days of receipt and we will ship the new item once we received the return.

Costs and risks of exchanged articles are with the customer.

To return items, please follow these steps:

1.Send an email to e-store@oficinagabardine.com

2.Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you can send it back. Your order will need to arrive back within 14 days of receipt.

3.We recommend returning your parcel using “track and trace”, allowing you to trace your parcel and preventing possible disputes between sender and receiver. Costs and risks of returned articles are with the customer.

4.After receiving your returned article we will give you a full refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

If the value of the goods has reduced as a result of your handling, a deduction will be made.

Damaged or defective items

If you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date so that we can help resolve the issue.

Taxes & Duties

Customers outside the European Union can be charged with import duties or local sales taxes, for which Oficina Gabardine AMSTERDAM is not responsible.

           > All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. For orders shipping to Non-EU countries additional taxes and fees may apply in accordance with local customs regulations. Those taxes/duties are based on the value of the goods. Customers will correspond this amount to the carrier, according to the process recommended by the carrier itself.

          > For South Korean residents:

We automatically add a FTA statement to the commercial invoice, as long as the product purchased is from EU origin.

Insurance

               > OFICINA GABARDINE insures each purchase during the time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you

              > If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by OFICINA GABARDINE

Rejected Parcel

             > If for any reason, the customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, two way shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. We will also charge a fixed amount of €30 for packaging, handling and restocking. These amounts will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

What happens with my personal information?

OFICINA GABARDINE  respects the privacy rights of its online visitors and E-STORE customers. Oficina Gabardine recognizes the importance of protecting the information collected about the online visitors and customers. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Force Majeure (unavoidable casualty)

> In case of force majeure OFICINA GABARDINE has the right to cancel the contract between OFICINA GABARDINE and the customer. A force majeure is a severe company impediment at OFICINA GABARDINE or transport stagnation.

We refer you to our cookies policy.

To give us insight into and to analyze our website we use Google Analytics. The cookies enable us to see how often the website is visited and which pages of the website are being viewed. For information about the functionality and data processing, we refer you to Google’s Privacy Statement. The information is processed in statistics and is used to optimize the website. The collected information is not used to identify you.

Providing data to third parties

We may provide the data you give us to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the aforementioned purposes.

For example, we use a third party to:

> Arrange the (financial) administration;

> Arrange the delivery of products.

> We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not entered into a processor agreement.
